GNU/Linux

Here are some prebuilt packages for common linux distributions :

for Debian / Ubuntu (up to gutsy) or Ubuntu Hardy (8.04).
Fedora has immix packages in its official repositories. Immix can be installed simply by the command yum install immix.
for OpenSuSE (and probably other RPM-based distributions : Red Hat, Mandriva...). A source RPM is available too.
for Slackware.

Windows

Here you go ! This is a windows installer (tested with Windows 2000). There is also single .exe file, just copy it to your desktop and drop files on it.

Get it here. You must have the fftw3, exiv2 and Qt4.2 headers and libraries installed ("development" packages). On win32 systems, you probably need to adjust the path of the library in the .pro file before compiling.
